mid week

I’ve got a new wardrobe from IKEA which I have already stuffed to the BRIM! :) Thank you BF! ♥ Its done my room a lot of good and taken the mess off the floor. Its also done our shoe rack some good, my fab heels are in the new wardrobe and so are my billion (I exaggerate) bags and clutches. Pictures up soon (can’t find the charger for my camera! Argh!) but here are some wardrobe (walk-in) pictures I wouldn’t mind having some time later in life…

Right now, I’m munching on slightly burnt toast and cheese and drinking Nescafe Gold Blend. Not looking forward to the 2 hr Mechanics lecture at 11. :(

Note about my mentees: I love them! (I’m a mentor for about 15 freshers in Mechanical Engineering this year :)). Seriously love them, although I think I’m a lousy mentor! Need to work harder on making meetings more fun /enjoyable /engaging!

And on a completely off-topic note, I really wanted to be an air-stewardess - my dream ever since first year of university (although I might be a little short) or indulging in fashion-blogging or food-blogging. I’m stuck with getting my head around equations with funny symbols and lots and lots of numbers. Rawr. But really though I’m satisfied with life at the moment, I’ll take what life throws at me, it always turns out better than what I imagine anyway :).

So its Saturday tomorrow and Saturday means going out, but I’m staying home doing work and reading up on notes ahead of the lectures (yes! for the first time probably! :P) Need to head to the gym as well you know. Someone shout at me if I don’t.

[This is SUCH an incoherent post, I apologise. This is what you get when you don’t blog regularly and have a ton of things to update about/spew out.]

Watched Fame, got me into the dancing mood, tried out for dance society and realise I suck at dancing and have 2 left feet. Watched The Invention of Lying and loved the funny bits in it; don’t like the fact that a funny movie has to have sad bits in it though! Spoils the effect of humour. :( I want to watch a ton more movies but don’t have the money to.

Love UO’s dresses and shoes. Argh! Money! :(

Will will will start blogging regularly; probably on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the Weekends!

This is such a random (and back-dated post). I’m such a terrible blogger and I apologize for this my dear readers. I aim to be a better blogger this school year. (Lots of hope in those words there!)

So, some random pictures of what I usually wear to school. Trying to add more pops of colour (as you can see, its mostly white/denim/black/grey). Made it to the gym today so I’m happy and refreshed and came back to bake a chocolate fudge cake for the bf’s birthday tomorrow! :) Excited cos we’re going to TGIF’s and watching Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (don’t laugh! We’ve watched Kung Fu Panda so many times we’ve memorised the lines!)

Hopefully there’ll be more outfit posts soon! Also, since this blog IS named all things pretty, I might alter the direction of my blog to ANYTHING that is pretty or that catches my breath. :) I hope that I’ll be able to spend more time blogging this year! Take care lovelies. ♥
